Our service targets individuals who are part of the university community, both students of the University of Valladolid and IE University or teaching staff in any field.

 

We study the needs and demand of each of them and apply it in the selection of suitable accommodations for each one of them.

 

In case an individual user wants to share a flat, we try to ensure that the companions living in that same accommodation have the most similar characteristics (University, Degree, age, sex ...).
